Our array of wellness workshops and clinics assists participants in cultivating both physical and mental health and well-being by harnessing the healing power of transcendental meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), naturopathy, cognitive behavioral therapy, nutrition, hydration, spirituality, journaling, and sleep.

Acupuncture with a Side of Psychology
Do you live with daily stress? What are your major stressors and specific symptoms of stress? Why is it so important to manage stress? At the conclusion of this event, you will leave with the knowledge of some of the most effective methods of stress management to incorporate into your life, as well as a better understanding of the stress-reducing benefits of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese nutrition. This hour-long workshop is $20 per member and $25 for non-members. Limited to 12 people per workshop.

Golf Performance Lecture
Discover Your Best Swing
A great swing comes down to efficient, well-timed movement throughout the body over the whole course of the swing.

The goal of our Golf Performance Program is to help golfers to understanding how the body functions in relation to the golf swing. Physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury. Therefore, making it imperative to educate golfers on the “Body-Swing Connection”. Understanding how the body functions during the golf swing.

All golfers should benefit from a healthy and efficient body. There isn’t one right way to swing a golf club, but there is a most efficient swing for each golfer based on their physical capabilities. The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer, because efficiency is unique to the player’s body.

A great swing comes down to efficient, well-timed movement throughout the body over the whole course of the swing. Restrictions, weakness, or imbalances in one part of the body can cause a chain reaction of poor movement patterns that can result in a mishit, inconsistent swing, or potential injury. We can not only identify these weaknesses but prescribe exercises to correct and strengthen them to create efficiency and consistency in your swing.

    Mindful Meditation
    Meditation 101
    While meditating we are simply seeing what the mind has been doing all along.
    Join us as for an hour of gladdening the mind and heart!

    Every Wednesday | 4:00PM – 5:00PM

    Together, we will practice the Art of Mindful Meditation. Taught by experienced meditation instructor, Charlene Wang MS, RD, CHC, this introduction to meditation class teaches the basic elements of mindful meditation. Each class is self contained and will include an education based, guided meditation. Classes include clear instruction, guided meditation, and a chance to discuss & ask questions. Suitable for beginners and those with meditation experience. The small class size provides opportunities to ask individualized questions about beginning the practice of meditation. Registration is required 7-days prior to arrival. Join us Every Wednesday, in the Movement Studio at Garden of the Gods resort and Club, from 4:00PM – 5:00PM.

    Join us for an evening reception, panel discussion and Q & A session with the team of board-certified doctors and clinicians of Strata Integrated Wellness Spa.
