In this hour-long workshop, learn how vulnerable you are to stress, your major stressors and specific symptoms of stress, understand why it is so important to manage stress and leave with the knowledge of effective stress management methods to incorporate into your life. We will also discuss the stress-reducing benefits of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese nutrition. This workshop is $20 per member and $25 for non-members. Limited to 12 people per session.
