Kellie Gragg has been helping people meet their health and fitness goals for more than 35 years. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with professional certifications in Diabetes Management, Sports Nutrition and Weight Management. Her professional services include health risk assessments including Cholestec, Cardiochek and A1c testing, diabetes and pre-diabetes assessments, disease prevention education, personalized health coaching and a variety of nutrition, and health education classes.
Over the course of her career she has consulted with, developed programming, and provided education for several large Public School Districts, Community College programs, the Center for Disease Control’s “Steps to a Healthier US” program, Head Start, WIC, the Colorado Springs Senior Meal Program, Meals on Wheels, the Colorado Department of Public Health, The Center for Health Education, several fitness centers, and dozens of corporate wellness programs including Coach and Hugo Boss.
Kellie was one of the first dietitians to work with the USDA to revamp school lunch menus to promote healthier choices for students. She also worked as a consultant for the National Child Care Food Program across several states. Kellie is a member of the American Dietetics Association (ADA), Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE), the American Diabetes Association (ADA), the Colorado Physical Activity and Nutrition Group (COPAN), and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
